We know, sometimes IT happens! Try clearing your cache, as sometimes the exam Portal updates need your internet browser to be refreshed. If you are still unable to access the portal, please contact us on 0330 133 1885 or exams@neweraacademy.co.uk.
Our Grades 6,7 and 8 exams are all worth UCAS points but you can only claim your highest scoring points tally with UCAS within the NEA category. So if you have a Merit at Grade 7 and 8, you can only claim UCAS points for the Grade 8 Merit. However, if you have taken exams that sit in the different NEA categories, (ie. one is in the Performance Exams category and the other is in Communication Exams category), then you can claim UCAS points for your highest results in each category. Refer to the UCAS Tariff Points table under NEA Resources.
Your student will be able to resit the exam as we do not offer refunds. Your student will be able to reschedule to the next exam session of their teacher and their fee will be deferred. However, we also run fortnightly online catch up sessions which your student can book onto to sit the examination.
