Please take note
- NEA records all Live Stream Exams and holds Recorded Digital Exam submissions for up to one year. If the Learner or their parent/guardian does not want the examination recorded, they must contact the NEA office and opt out in advance of the examination.
- Recordings are used primarily for assessment purposes and are only accessed by contracted examiners, who are bound by our data protection rules.
- In some cases, recordings may also be used to support examiner training, standardisation activities, quality assurance checks, or the handling of Complaints, Enquiries about Results, and Appeals.
- Recordings are never published, shared externally, or disclosed to third parties without clear consent, with the exception of anonymous recordings for comparability exercises with other exam boards through CDMT. No copies are held by any third party and comparability takes place under controlled supervision.
