I am a Communications Coach and Soft Skills Trainer, based in Monivea, Galway, Republic of Ireland.

I am passionate about inspiring and empowering as many people as possible who want to change their lives through better communication.

I teach all aspects of public speaking, interview techniques, and reading for performance.

Teaching all ages, I offer one-to-one online sessions.  I also offer in-person teaching to small groups of students in schools and businesses.
